R. v. T.A.

After police executed a search warrant at the client’s home, she was charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking multiple controlled substances, including cocaine, crack cocaine, methamphetamine, and psilocybin. The drugs were linked to a co-accused who exercised coercive control over the residence. Through strategic negotiations, all charges against the client were ultimately withdrawn.
R. v. N.A.

The client was caught up in a large-scale police investigation and charged with trafficking in Schedule I substances and conspiracy to do so. Through careful negotiation, we secured a resolution to simple possession. All trafficking-related charges were withdrawn.
R. v. G.G.R.
(2024)
The client was caught up in a large-scale police investigation that led to charges against dozens of individuals. He faced allegations of conspiracy to import cocaine and cocaine production. The matter proceeded to trial, and after the Crown closed its case, we brought a successful directed verdict application. The judge acquitted the client on all charges, including more than ten serious drug charges.
