R. v. C.K. (2026)

Our client was charged with robbery. The matter was tried by a judge alone in the Ontario Court of Justice. Cross-examination of the complainant exposed multiple credibility problems, while our client testified and was highly credible. Before closing submissions, the Crown Attorney invited the judge to acquit on all counts.

Result: Acquitted of all charges

R. v. N.L. (2026)

Our client was charged in connection with a series of robberies. While it was clear the robberies had occurred, the evidence identifying our client as the person responsible for most of them was weak. Following intensive pre-trial advocacy, all charges were withdrawn.

Result: Charges withdrawn

R. v. R.A. (2026)

Our client was charged with possession of stolen property. After completing counselling and making a charitable donation, all charges were withdrawn.

Result: Charges withdrawn
